*Certain lesson days may have slightly fewer lessons during the year due to holidays. In this case the monthly tuition for September through April will follow the schedule above. The May tuition will be adjusted to reflect the missing lessons. Summer lesson information will available in May.
Cancellations
Lessons canceled at least 24 hours in advance can be made up on a scheduled make-up day (see calendar). Make-up lessons must be scheduled before the end of the term, and there is a limit of four make-up lessons per student per year. Lessons that are missed or canceled without 24 hour notice will be charged as a regular lesson; refunds, credits, or make-ups will not be given. Lessons must be canceled by phone or in person, not through email. Lessons that must be canceled by the teacher will be made up at a mutually agreed upon day and time.
Music
Students will be billed for music used at lessons if it is purchased by the teacher. Students are encouraged to request or bring music they are interested in learning to play.
